Transparency
On every level of our business conduct we are transparent which reflects in our mission statement. PAR is against unethical labor practices that take advantage of inequality. We strongly oppose discrimination and illegal practices in the job market.
Commitment to the Society
We understand the community in China. PAR has a long tradition of contributing to the society. Over the last 6 years we volunteer at schools in impoverished districts of Shanghai teaching English. Moreover, we have launched an initiative to visit rural parts of China, and provide assistance to local primary schools.
