Job: Infrastructure Program Manager

Location: Shanghai

Report Line: Infrastructure Manager

Responsibility:

• Manage projects for deployment/improvement of Collaboration services in Asia zone.
• Coordinate key infrastructure projects in the zone, including security infrastructure projects:
• • Manage performance of our partner on those projects.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, and non scope activities.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of the project in the Zone.
  • Coordinate involvement from a company and Users.
  • Organize communication with a company and Users.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years IT projects management experiences.
• Strong IT project management experience.
• Good understanding of infrastructure technologies.
• Good communication, documentation and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Mature personality, with good negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Able to handle complex situations involving multiple Asian countries and to manage our IBM/VISO partner.
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently under pressure and demanding environment.
• Experiences of managing IT infrastructure projects, including cabling, server setup.
• IT Service Management experiences or related certificates, like ITIL foundation certificate.
• Good communication, documentation and presentation skill in both English and Mandarin
• Experiences of successfully managing projects involving multi internal and external parties
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently under pressure and demanding environment
